Refunds & Returns

At Chez Neeba, we want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Tags must be attached.

• Sale items and accessories (including jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at chezneeba1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
